Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and cooks with daily food preparation and plating.
Wash, peel, chop, and organize ingredients as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen area.
Operate dishwashers and clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
Support stock management and kitchen supply organization.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Help ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights.
Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant is an advantage but not mandatory.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to relocate and adapt to an international workplace.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: EUR 1,800 – 2,500 per month, depending on experience and employer.
