Key Responsibilities:

Supervise setup, catering, decoration, audio-visual, and guest management.
Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure event success.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing.
Minimum 2–4 years of professional event-planning experience.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Fluency in English (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus).
Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary Range: EUR 2,300 – 3,500 per month, depending on experience and employer.
