Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports accurately.
Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and maintain detailed financial documentation.
Assist with budgeting and internal audit processes as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (A/P or A/R).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ledger processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (knowledge of any European language is an asset).
Willingness to relocate and adapt to a multicultural workplace.
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary Range: EUR 2,000 – 3,200 per month, depending on qualifications and employer.
